Model construction

Our service profile in the model construction and form construction area covers individual production of new models in all wood and foam rubber categories and plastic categories according to DIN EN 12890 and application specific solutions. The proof of the quality is done using a 3D scan measuring machine and measurement records.

We manufacture model cross-sections up to 4000 x 3000 mm at any desired length or diameter up to 5000 mm. For high quality and long-lasting models the cast and laminating technology is used. Depending on the wishes and practicality, core boxes in a mixed construction (wood, plastic, metal) are used.

In cooperation with the “DIREKTFORM” company we offer the production of prototypes without models. The Direktforming technology offers, in addition, unlimited freedom with respect to size and degree of freedom for the cast parts to be manufactured.
