Our services in the field of mechanical engineering already begin with the construction of the castings, which we develop and design in close cooperation with our customers. Our individually manufactured products are mechanically processed and delivered- on request- already including primer.For this purpose, the corresponding casting and heat treatment plants as well as the necessary know-how are available to us.

Our casting production is specialised in eccentric wheels for mechanical engineering. In the field of mechanical engineering, the control disc mounted on a shaft can assume various functions, from the conversion of turning into a longitudinal movement, up to force amplification. We manufacture eccentric wheels with the highest precision and of high-quality, partly alloyed materials.

We manufacture precise joint balls for different applications in the field of mechanical engineering. Joint  balls are of great importance in the field of mechanical engineering as a guiding and connecting part for all moving elements. We produce individual products, no matter whether a rotating movement in all directions is desired or whether the movement angle should be limited, in exact arrangements with the customer.

We also manufacture individual stands for mechanical engineering from high-quality, partly alloyed materials. We have the technology and know-how to produce parts weighing from 20 kilograms up to 45 tons.

Mechanical engineering in detail: machine bed

The machine bed is mainly used for machine tools in mechanical engineering, where it takes on the task of optimally guiding the tool slide. For the production, we only use materials that, on the one hand keep vibrations during production to a minimum and on the other hand have a high long-term thermal stability.
